Need a miracle. I've got the top finished now to figure out the back. Here is the fabric, a panel of girls, writing, blue and a print. I was thinking of just borders but I'm seeing all kinds of things. I need to get this finished and out of here but I'm stuck. Any help.

You make lovely quilts. I've always been interested but never tried to make any simply because I wouldn't know where or how to start.

Lovely! for the back, I would put the panel in the lower right hand corner, and then add a strip vertically on the left, as wide as you need, cut it flush with the top of the panel. Then run a piece across the top of both, as "tall" as you need. I think by offsetting the panel, you'll make it stand out more than simply setting it in border.

Good luck!

I agree with cecile in off-setting the panel. I've seen alot of off-set backings and think they look fine - plus that way you don't have to worry about running out of a certain fabric if you are aiming for matching borders along a centered panel.

Cheers!
