RRCB step 1 finished

I pulled fabric but after Bonnie posted the instructions for step 1 to use 2 inch strips I went to my 2" bin and pulled green and pink and didn't even use my larger pieces. I love how the pink & green work together. Then I made too many and came up with this way to use them. I'm liking it.

Very clever idea, Shirley!
I also cut too many strips, but was hoping to use more on some other step in RRCB...

Oh this is really nice...so bright and fresh. Ya gotta love quilting there is no end to what can be created.

Happy sewing

This is my first mystery, but I'm guessing we are going to be doing the same step again, plus a three patch with our 3rd color so we come up with a 9 patch. :)

I cut twice as many strips as I needed so if that's the case I'll at least have that part done!

Cute project! Sharyn

That's very cheerful! Are the blocks embroidered, or is the fabric printed that way?

WOW! your RRCB fabrics are POYFECT for your embroidered pieces... they're just lovely - you should be tickled pink (or double pink! tee hee)
